Mission
The organization’s main objective is to work for the advancement of members and Yoruba in general.
Our areas of focus are EDUCATION, CULTURE, SOCIAL AFFAIRS, and the PRESERVATION OF YORUBA HISTORY.
The organization’s specific goals with respect to accomplishing our mission are:
1) To cherish, uphold, protect the honor and dignity of Yoruba culture, language, and tradition worldwide.
2) To promote and support democracy among our people and foster individual freedom.
3) To encourage and deliberate on issues of paramount interest to the Yoruba people.
4) To preserve the organization as a non-partisan and non-religious organization.
5) To foster economic empowerment of the Yoruba; and to undertake specific projects aimed at enhancing
our development.
6) To work with other organizations inside and outside Nigeria to promote peace, stability, justice, and unity
while working actively for the promotion of Yoruba interest.
